He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hatter and Mary Hatter (Kelly); and also, Joseph and Evelyn Scherer. He is survived by: his wife Mercedes Hatter (Scherer) of Newark Valley; his daughters, Renee Hook (Doug) of New Milford Connecticut and Kimberly Baron (John); his grandchildren, Joshua Hook, Jena Hook, Avery Hook, Zachery Hook, John Scott Baron and Jessica Baron; and his siblings, Roberta Macarchick, Eileen Maziarz (Tom), Karen Lacomis (John), Linda Rava (Rob) and Harold Hatter (Mary).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks donations be made in Bob's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital, 501 St. Jude PL.
