He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald Clare and Evelyn Clare; his children, Shaun Clare (Shannon) and Richard Clare Jr. Rachal Clare; his stepchildren, Amber Stephenson (Brad), Andrew Maacks (Cara), Lindsay Ashley (Ryan) and Matthew Maacks (Marrisa); and his siblings, Peggy Lane, Robert Clare and John Clare. He was also cherished by 10 grandchildren.
