He was predeceased by: his wife Doris; and his parents, Jorgen Hoffmann and Inger Hoffmann. He is survived by: his children, Ellen McCormick (Jim), Paul Hoffmann (Nadine), Laura Shantillo (John) and John Hoffmann (Leslie). He is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
