She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Montagna and Irma Montagna (DiMeo). She is survived by: her husband Richard; her children, Shannon Welty (Philip) and Christopher Bohlman (Jessica); her grandchildren, Laurel Welty, Daniel Welty, Simon Bohlman and Warren Bohlman; and her siblings, Richard Montagna (Donna) and Joanna Torreano (Paul). She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
