He was predeceased by: his son John Kocik; his siblings, Edward Kocik (Alice), Margaret Cherevko (John), Helen Kocik and Rita Marvell; his brothers-in-law, Ramon Palazzo and Richard Kocik; and his parents, John Kocik and Helen Kocik.
He is survived by: his siblings, Joseph Kocik (Alice), Veronica Kocik, Barbara Banas (Bruce), Mary Ann Palazzo and Jim Kocik (Kathy); his brother-in-law John Marvell; the mother of his children Patricia Kocik; and his children, Christopher Kocik (Greta) and Lori Cone (Terry). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 4 great grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
