He was predeceased by: his parents, Horatio Powers and Audrey Powers (Law); his wife Blanche Powers; his siblings, Raymond, Donald, Glenn, Edward and Shirley; and his stepson Star Aldrich.
He is survived by: his children, Sue, Dale Foster, Beth Cusick and Frankie Dunshee; his grandchildren, James Chapman and Felicia Smith; his great grandchildren, Jayda Chapman, Parker Chapman and Layne Macdermott; and his sisters, Barbara VanderBunt (Dick) and Donna Anderson (Dan). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
