He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Ciancio and Anna Ciancio; and his sisters, Rose Felice, Mary Slater, Angelina Fisk, Carmela Cocopoti and Josephine Hermann.

He is survived by: his wife Nancy; his children, Debra Matts (Bill), Lori Wahila, Guy A. Ciancio, Michael Ciancio (Renee) and Derek Ciancio (Donna); and his siblings, Anna Rusnak and Anthony Ciancio. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
