He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Melvin Waite and Marion J. Drugg; his wife Marlene Whitson; his children, Jared Drugg (Nicole) of Liverpool, Sarah Emerson (Brian) of Oneida, Charles Shaw (Kristi) of Georgia and Andrew Shaw (Rachel) of Canastota; his siblings, Betty St (Mike), Patty Weber (Rick) of Olean, Linda Rail (Bobby) of Little Valley and Bill Waite (Elizabeth) of Virginia; and his siblings-in-law, Shirley Morrow (Jack) of Elmira, Sherry Morrison (Jack) of Elmira, Susie Burrell (Mike) of Elmira, Shelly VanWagner (Bill), Kathy Brand (Chris) of Poconos, PA, George Whitson (Wendy) of Elmira, Mike Whitson of Elmira and Jerry Whitson of Elmira. He was also cherished by ten grandchildren; one great grandchild.
