He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Donald Jay Sr. and Bertel Paro Ellis; his wife Terri Rhodes Ellis; his children, Eric Ellis (Gina), Kevin Ellis (Rachael), Jennifer Holton and Patrick Holton; his grandson Eli Holton; his siblings, Randy Ellis, Timothy Ellis (Daphanie), Barry Ellis, Elaine Lehr (Robert) and Dawn Finch (Kirk); his sisters-in-law, Linda Ellis, Longtime (Bill Kaufman Sr.) and JJ; his great grandchild Hudson; and his brothers, Darwin, Clarence, Dennis and Loren. He was also cherished by his sons, grandchildren and special friends.
A graveside service will follow at 2PM, with full military honors, at the East Branch Cemetery, East Branch, NY, with Rev Roxie Moses officiating ***Due to the uptick in Covid-19 cases, please respectfully adhere to mask guidelines and when paying your lasts respects, enter and exit the funeral home in a timely manner.***.
