He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fiacco and Domenica Fiacco; his former wife Rose Fiacco (Gallo); his wife Irene Kushner-Fiacco; his siblings, Paul Fiacco, Rose Fiacco and John Fiacco; his parents-in-law, Frank, Mary Gallo, Steve and Mary Kushner; his siblings-in-law, David Gallo, Dante Terrana, Steve Kushner, Jr., Ann Palombo (Mario) and Mary Lane; and his nephews, James Fiacco and Mark Gallo.
He is survived by: his children, John (Tracy), Richard (Linda), Robert (Kathy), Lisa Klodowski (Michael) and Christine Pionteck (Scott); his daughter-in-law Andrea Fiacco (Bill Brinkman); his grandchildren, Jaime Fiacco (Dana Schnell), Dr. Jodie Howell (Joseph), Matthew Fiacco, Melissa Fiacco, Kristin Conklin (Patrick), Daniel Klodowski (Nalika Vasudevan), David Klodowski, Nicole Pionteck and Alicia Pionteck; his great grandchildren, Alexa, Brianna Fiacco, Rose, Lauren Howell, Ishan Klodowski and Ava Conklin; his sister Mary Terrana; and his siblings-in-law, Augustine Gallo (Ann), Joseph Gallo (Patricia), Jacqueline Fiacco, Barbara Fiacco and Cynthia Gallo. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and Godchildren.
A celebration of Tony's life will be held in the future when COVID restrictions allow.
