He was predeceased by: his father Allan Lawrence; and his grandmothers, Bea Lawrence and Ellen Paret. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lawrence; his daughters, Brette Lawrence and Maya Hilt; and his granddaughters, Maddison Tomich and Emmersyn Tomich.
He was an extremely skilled finish carpenter, and even donated a custom doghouse to the ASPCA that looked more like a piece of art than a home for a dog.
