She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Bowen and Judith Bowen (Alford). She is survived by: her husband Donald Hoover; her children, Kayla Hoover and Robert Bowen; her grandchildren, Jordon Hoover, Connor Hoover, Robert Bowen, Jr. and Katryna Fournier; and her sisters, Kathy Bowen and Kelly Lewin.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Pleasant View Cemetery.
