Billie Loughran Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 29, 2024, at the age of 81, Billie Loughran (Wilmington, New York) passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Billie Loughran to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Cooper and C. June Cooper; and her sisters, Michelle and Jayne. She is survived by: her husband Eugene Loughran; her sons, Bradford Loughran (Gloria) and Morse Loughran (Melissa Alban); her grandsons, Grayson Loughran, Wyatt Loughran, Cole Stefaniak and Noah Harnden; and her pet Princess. She is also survived by friends, extended family.

In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Wilmington Volunteer Fire Department.
