She was predeceased by: her granddaughter Paige Venner; and her grandparents, Thomas, Peggy Cross, Roger and Agnes Rand.
She is survived by: her parents, Milo Rand and Edith Rand (Cross) of Lewis; her close friend John Elsworth of Willsboro; her children, Jessica Venner (Adam) of North Hudson and Christopher Besaw (Desiree Boyle); her grandchildren, Kaydence Besaw and Cameron Venner; and her sisters, Kelly Ely of Ashland, VA, Becky Provost (Bob) of Willsboro and Holly Hathaway (Gary) of Willsboro. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
