He is survived by: his children, Colleen Cummings (Glenn) of Schaghticoke, Scott Mooney of Norfolk, VA and Patricia Mulvena (Mark) of Middle Grove; and his siblings, Dawn Rizzo of Colonie and Michael Mooney of Albany. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and a great-grandson.
