He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harold Baer and Bernice Baer (Turner); his wife Judith Baer; his children, Richard Baer Jr. (Cathy), Robbe Baer (Renee), Rodney Baer (Judy), Steven Baer (Andrea), Ruthanne Vasquez (John) and Heidi Stitt (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Richard Baer III, Cole Baer, Robbe Baer, Richard Baer, Cassandra Baer, Hannah Baer, Jacob Baer, Jessica Baer Louks, Cortland Baer, John Vasquez Jr., Judith Vasquez, Ashley Clark, Jeffrey Stitt, Jr. and Anna Stitt. He was also cherished by 9 great-grandchildren.
