Ring of Willsboro, New York, born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on November 9, 2022, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Nathaniel Parks and Harriet Parks (Chase); her husband Norbert; her sister Jane; her children, Peggy and John Ring (Nancy); her grandchildren, Sheridan Garner Jr. (Amanda Leroux) and Rebecca Minckler (John); her stepgrandchildren, Susan Broskie (David), James Lapsely (Dawn), Melissa Jones (Troy) and Kaylin Burke; and her friends, Jim, Sue D'Agostino, Sue Miller and Mary Derringer. She was also cherished by seven nieces and nephews.
