He was predeceased by: his parents, Jennie Cushing Grady and Carlton F. Grady; his daughter Barbara Seholm; and his brothers, George and Robert Grady.
He is survived by: his wife Gertrude Grady (Robinson); and his children, Donna Roeck (Bruce) of Florida, Richard Grady (Kenya) of Texas and Bruce Grady (Burdette) of Georgia. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
