It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Roy VanWagner of Willow, New York, born in Kingston, New York, who passed away on June 11, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, William VanWagner and Mamie Hasbrouck VanWagner; and his wife Ethel. He is survived by: his son Ronald (Alice VanWagner); and his granddaughters, Heather and Erica.
