He is survived by: his parents, Darlyn Ballard (Dingman) and John F. Ballard Sr.; his daughters, Annaliese and Penelope Ballard; his sisters, Niki Hoag (Ray) and Samantha Fitzpatrick (William); his aunts, Sherri Davis (James), Marilyn Terrell (Bruce) and Frances Campney; his uncle Ed Ballard (Joan); and his pet Izzy. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins.
