She is survived by: her husband Bachisio Demelas; her children, Giovanna Fitzpatrick, Donna Benvegna, Anne Rehder, Lisa Tallarico and Anthony Demelas; her grandchildren, Maryl Gebke, Denise Fitzpatrick, Anthony Benvegna, Stefani Benvegna, Nicholas Rehder, Brian Rehdar, Celeste Tallarico Pace, Isabella Tallarico, Matthew Demelas and Michael Demelas; her great grandchildren, Conan Gebke, Alexander Gebke, Giovanni Pace and Mathilda Pace; her sons-in-law, Gerard Fitzpatrick, Steven Benvegna, William Rehder and Gennaro Tallarico; and her brother-in-law Anthony Demelas.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Weigand Bros., Inc. Funeral Home (49 Hillside Avenue, Williston Park, NY 11596). A Mass was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 at 11:00 AM.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for a donation to be made in her name to one of the following organizations: American Diabetes Association, American Heart Association, American Kidney Association.
