He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Valentina Scarlett; his child Anelia "Neli" Scarlett Mundy (Jason); his grandchildren, Hayden and Julian; and his mother-in-law Natalie Kutsi.

A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Forest Lawn Cemetery (1411 Delaware Ave, Buffalo, NY 14209).
