With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John J. Hess of Williamsville, New York, who passed away on February 14, 2025 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the echoes of fond remembrance, may a sense of peace be found, knowing that the memories held dear will continue to shape and inspire his loved ones, keeping John's spirit alive in the hearts and actions of family and friends alike. While his presence may be gone, his impact lives on in the kindness shown to others and the joy found in the ordinary moments of life.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Irving Hess and Rita Hess; and his siblings, Gary Hess and Maureen Hess. He is survived by: his siblings, Thomas Hess, James Hess (Nancy), Joseph Hess (Julie) and Elaine Hess Horey. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Harris Hill Chapel (8440 Main St, Buffalo, NY 14221). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 21st 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, February 22nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Clarence Centre Cemetery (5665 Goodrich Rd, Clarence Center, NY 14032).
