In loving memory of Elizabeth J. Degen of Williamsville, New York, who departed this world on January 28, 2025 at the age of 89. Elizabeth leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Jim Degen; and her siblings, Carol Thompson (Robert) and Shirley Scanlon. She is survived by: her children, Jim (Ann), Michael (Michele), Thomas Degen (Linda) and Julie McAuliffe (Thomas); her grandchildren, Christopher (Dana), Shawn, Holly, Ashley (Scott), Casey (Brian), Jamie, Bryan, Gregory, Cody (Amy), Tyler, Samantha, Timothy (Chelsie) and Elisabeth (Gowynn); and her brother John Feuz (Barbara). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Williamsville United Methodist Church (5681 Main St., Williamsville, NY 14221). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations in Elizabeth's memory may be made to Williamsville United Methodist Church or Hospice Buffalo.
