In the vast expanse of eternity, Edythe Marian shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Edythe Marian farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her husband Wilbert Clawson; and her parents, Rev. Isaac W. Mitchell and Mary Belle Mitchell. She is survived by: her children, Lynne Clawson-Woods (Dwight) and Sharonn Clawson; her grandchildren, Adrian Billups and Brandon Woods; and her siblings, Florence Beverly Taylor and Charles Mitchell, Sr.. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and 4 Godchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Lombardo Funeral Home (Northtowns Chapel) (885 Niagara Fls Blvd, Amherst, NY 14226). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 14th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
