With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alice P. Dempsey of Williamsville, New York, born in Queens, New York, who passed away on October 8, 2022 at the age of 97. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick F. Dempsey and Jane Dempsey (Wise); and her brothers, Gerald Dempsey (Pauline) and Francis "Frank" Dempsey. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Lynn Blanchard (Chuck), Mark Dempsey (Cindy), Barbara Gallagher (Paul), Christine Devine (Jim), Stephen Dempsey (Nancy), Teresa Dempsey and Mildred Dempsey. She is also survived by many great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.
Her dogs Rusty, Judy, Sultan, Bijou, Colin, and Heidi were her life, and she belonged to the Guide Dog Foundation for the Blind in Smithtown, NY.
