He was predeceased by: his wife Mary A. Carrigan; his son William A. Carrigan, III; and his sister Betty Keeton (late Donald). He is survived by: his children, Linda Schmolke (Timothy), Jeffrey M. (Wendi), Jack Carrigan and Jill Taberski (David); and his brother David Carrigan. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
