She was predeceased by: her husband Julius V. "Jerry" Jurek; and her brother Albert R.. She is survived by: her children, Jacqueline Smith (John), Vickie Servais (Lonnie), Russell Jurek PhD (Cynthia), Julianne Lemay Jackson (Scott), Thomas Jurek (Kathleen), Brenda Wilkerson and Elizabeth Filipiak (Robert); and her brothers, William of Antioch, CA and John "Jack" Klein. She is also survived by cousins, nieces and nephews.
