He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew A. Lasda and Eunice Lasda; and his brother Gordon Phillips (late Linda). He is survived by: his wife Janice E. Lasda; his children, Elaine, Andrew V. Lasda and Rachel Lasda; his grandchildren, Andrew S. Lasda, Erin and Lindsay Zeller; and his siblings, Myron Phillips (Patricia), Sheldon Lasda and Sheila Togias. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to the Two Sisters Foundation of Williamsville United Methodist Church, to support the music ministry.
