He is survived by: his wife Anne Smith; his children, Christine Clark (Frank), Anthony Smith and Jerry Ketchum (Sandy); his grandchildren, Lindsay Spence (Matthew), Lacey Clark, Cameron Clark, TJ Baker, Zach Ketchum and Danielle Ketchum; and his great grandchild Lydia Spence. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
