He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac J. Suwyn and Rose Suwyn. He is survived by: his children, Monica Suwyn, Renee Suwyn, Catherine Fox (Preston), Zachary (Meghan) and Jared Suwyn (Tamara); and his wife Janice A. Suwyn (Zornow). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Masks and social distancing will be required.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory.
