He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maynard Day Sr. and Dorothy Day (Vinkey); his wife LeArda Morgenthaler; his daughter Holley Day; and his sister Debby Poor.
In lieu of flowers, donations in memory of Maynard can be made to the Brandley House (Hospice), the Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children, the Jack Nicklaus Foundation or St. Jude Children's Hospital.
