He is survived by: his wife Jacqueline Evans; his children, Leronne Evans, Kalisia Evans-Waller and Monet Evans; his grandchildren, Terrence Evans, Landen Evans, Aiden Crumity, Caiden Evans and Eliana-Renee Wall; and his sister Dallas. He is also survived by Cousin; and a host of nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
