With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John S. Erwin Jr. of Williamson, New York, born in Rochester, New York, who passed away on May 17, 2023 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Erwin, and Rose Erwin, Sr.; and his sisters, Rosemary Mandel and Elizabeth Speary. He is survived by: his wife Vera; his children, Teri Backus (John), John Erwin (Kelly) and Mary Erwin (Billy); his grandchildren, Paul, Adam (Laura), Rachel (Christopher), Eleanor, Audrey, John IV, Benjamin, Michael and Lilianna; his great grandchildren, Skye, Adam, Jonah, Evan, Delilah, Lincoln, Antonio and Samantha; his brother Gerard Erwin (Julie); and his siblings-in-law, Paulette Griepsma (Peter), David Dorn, Larry Mandel and John Hanwell. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
