He was predeceased by: his parents, Wellman VanHoute and Pauline VanHoute; his daughter Monica Conca; and his brother Doug VanHoute. He is survived by: his wife Cathy VanHoute; his children, James and Rebecca VanHoute; his sister Bonnie; and his stepmother Arlene. He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, 4 Great Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Herb can be made to the Pultneyville Reformed Church.
