With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Edward John Lake of Williamson, New York, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Edward left this world on October 21, 2024 at the age of 87, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Lake and Pearl Lake; and his siblings, Gene Behrens (Laura Marie), Shirley Gelardos (Gus), James and Robert Lake.
He is survived by: his wife Loraine Skory Lake; his children, Charles Steehler (Aletha) and Vicki Ann Erwin; his grandchildren, Anthony Mosca, Angela Stacy (Jake), Eleanor and Audrey Erwin; his great grandchildren, Jaxon, Karter, Judah and Iris; and his sister-in-law Connie Lake. He is also survived by many extended family members and numerous friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Young Funeral Home (4025 Main St, Williamson, NY 14589).
In lieu of flowers, donations in loving memory of Ed can be made to the Williamson Volunteer Ambulance Service or to the Williamson Come – Unity Center.
