He is survived by: his daughters, Christine Curatolo, Joyce Urban (Clifford DeMay), Mary Ruocchio (Richard), Patricia Burlee (Robert) and Laura Ladd; his grandchildren, Justin Urban (Bridget), Nathaniel Urban (Samantha), Briana Boeggeman (David), Alexandra Madison (Amanda) and Anthony Lebbert; and his great grandchildren, Baxley, Seraphina, MarLeigh, Bailee and Isabella. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
