She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph Hektor, Sr.. She is survived by: her son Joseph Hektor, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Tammy Bailey; her brother Jacob Fissel, Jr.; and her niece Melody Fissel. She is also survived by many friends and exceptional neighbors.
