He was predeceased by: his wife Louise E. Madden; his son Blaine Madden; and his daughter-in-law LaMona Madden. He is survived by: his children, Gary Madden, Patrick Madden and Dana Madden (Caren). He is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
