With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Ortiz of Whitney Point, New York, who passed away on November 11, 2023 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carmen Ortiz and Angelo Ortiz; and his wife Connie M. Diolosa-Ortiz. He is survived by: his children, Richard David Ortiz (Lana), Anne Marie Ortiz (Chase), Bobby, Cameron and Alex; his grandchildren, Carmen Marie, Claire Rose, Caylee Michelle, Richard Jr., Taylor, Avery and Lincoln; his sister Gloria "Ronnie" Rodriguez (Robert); and his sister-in-law Graceanne Diolosa Nicholson (Bobby). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers a go fund me was set up to help his children carry out their dads last wishes.
