He was predeceased by: his wife Alice Gregg; his parents, Alfred Gregg and Emmogene Gregg (Skinner); his siblings, Harold, Walter Gregg and Thelma; and his brother-in-law Austin Belles.

He is survived by: his children, Sherry Gregg, Holly Johnson (Jeff) and Lance Gregg (Heidi); his grandchildren, John Bolson (Christina), Jason Gregg (Mallory), Jeffrey Johnson (Stephaine Comparetta), Briana Johnson, Nicole Gregg and Corey Gregg; his great grandchildren, Nicholas Bolson, Noah Bolson, Dominic Johnson, Matteo Johnson and Lillian Gregg; his brother Roy Gregg (Lorraine); his sister-in-law Mary Lou Gregg; and his friend Ron Custard. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
