He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Kelley and Lawrence Kelley; his brothers, Tom and Larry Kelley; and his mother-in-law Ann Wahila.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene Wahila-Kelley; his sister Peggy Garcia (Pedro); his siblings-in-law, Donna Kelley, Anne Marie Kuzma (Dick), Marlene Wahila (Bill Yusavage), Michael Wahila (Lisa) and Ron Wahila; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Matthew Wahila, Joshua, Jim Wahila (Kathie), Andy Wahila (Kaitlyn), Michael Wahila (Donna), Peter Garcia, Jada Kelley and Kira. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
Due to the continued health concerns regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no visitation hours and a private burial in the Slovak Catholic Cemetery, Johnson City, NY.
In lieu of flowers , expressions of sympathy may be made in Marty's honor to the Animal Care Council , Washington Ave,, Endicott, NY13760 or Best Friends, Kanab, UT.
