He is survived by: his parents, Scott Hall and Bee Thongpane; his sisters, Devyn Hall (Ellison), Nicole Hall, Samantha Hall and Katie Hall; his grandmother Dorothy Trout; his uncles, Ed Hall and Steven Hall; his aunt Julie Thongpane; his cousins, Eddie Kelly (Tami), Brenna Harmon (Tim), Julissa Thongpane, Jimmy Thongpane, Shane Kelly, Ryan Kelly, Merissa Kelly, Timmy Harmon, Brooke Harmon, Brianne Harmon and Brynn Harmon; and his nephews, Malachi and Micah.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Ronald McDonald House, Ronald McDonald House Charities Inc. 26345 Network Place, Chicago, IL 60673-1263 in Kain's name.
