He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Kim Henningsen, Kenneth Ketchum, Kyle Ketchum and Kristi Tracy; his stepdaughters, Lisa Bodnar and Amy Polacek (Vinnie); his niece Cheryl Lamb; and his friends, Wayne and Carole Beddoe. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
