She was predeceased by: her husband William; her parents, Frederick Hyde and Hazel Miner Hyde; and her brother Herbert. She is survived by: her children, Debra Abbey (Craig), David (Joan), Daniel, Cathleen Piatt (Daniel) and Robert (Mary Ann); and her grandchildren, Jennifer Metcalf (Philip), April Stoeckel, Beth Burleigh (Mike) and Brandon Stoeckel.
She was a 4-H leader, volunteered at the Well Baby Clinics, and made and donated many quilts for numerous groups.
