She is survived by: her husband Leland Spicer; her daughter Sheila Monroe of Genesee, PA; her grandson Zach Monroe (Samantha); her great grandchildren, Brinlee Monroe and Jensen Monroe; and her siblings, Kenneth McCullough, Jr. (Linda) of Biglersville, John McCullough of Galeton, Ralph McCullough (Susan) of Wellsboro, John R. Fraser (Marcia) of Stony Creek, VA, Irene Brumbach (Carl Schildkamp) of Sabinsville, Virginia Burrous (Wayne) of Ulysses and Mildred F. Ovens of Petersburg, VA.
