Billings and Beverly Grace Smith Billings; his wife Dawn Warriner; his siblings, Rodney Billings of Wellsville, Robert Billings (Jamie) of Charleston, SC and Shirley Billings of Wellsville; his mother-in-law Alice Warriner of Rexville; his siblings-in-law, Duane Warriner (Sally) of Perry, Dwight Warriner (Anita) of Virginia Beach, VA, Daniel Warriner (Laura) of Hornell, Darryl Warriner of Rexville, Dennis Warriner (Exzilda) of Lyndonville and Darlene Sargent (Wayne) of Rexville; and his aunts and uncles, Daral Smith (Sandy) of Eldred, PA, Gary Smith (Faith) of Addison, Sharon Houghtaling (Tom) of Wellsville and Margie Hunt of Wellsville. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, grandnieces, and grandnephews.
