Richard E. Delap Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 11, 2020, at the age of 95, Richard E. Delap (Whitesville, New York), born in Hornell, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Merton S. DeLap and Ruth DeLap (DeVinney); his wife Mary Louise Goodridge; his siblings, Roy DeLap, Walter DeLap, Thomas DeLap, Mary DeLap and Marjorie Bromley; his niece Peggy Anne DeLap; his granddaughter Mary Katherine Kopp (Goodridge); and his great great grandchild Logan Burkett.

He is survived by: his niece Lois Tuma (Lewis) of Corning, NY; his nephew Walter M. DeLap (Elaine) of Vero Beach, FL; his stepson Paul Goodridge of Merrimack, NH; and his grandchildren, Timothy Goodridge (Starr) of Merrimack, NH, Laurie Rothhaus (Finlay) of Merrimack, NH, Theresa Dougherty (Patrick) of Wellsville, Phil Kopp of Marietta, GA, Bridget Burkett (John) of Wickliffe, OH, Paula Walsh (Patrick) of Euclid, OH, Thomas Goodridge (Alyssa Brown) of Billerica, MA, Patrick Goodridge (Bobbie) of Sanbornton, NH, Dennis Goodridge (Tegan) of Dover, NH and Joseph Goodridge (Karen Ray) of Amherst, NH. He is also survived by twenty-seven great-grandchildren and eleven great-great grandchildren.
