It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Regina A. Blamire of Whitesville, New York, born in Upton, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 29, 2020, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Charles Noe and Winona Waterman Noe; her husband Gordon "Russ" Blamire; her children, Sherree Brownell (Mike), Craig Blamire (Cyndi), Jaimee Vallieres, Peggie Blamire, Mary "Pickles" Bissett, John Blamire and Evan Blamire; her brothers, Charlie Noe and Billy Noe; and her grandchildren, Gina Billings, Gramma Gina, Reggie and GiGi. She was also cherished by eleven grandchildren; and twenty great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Allegany County Office for the Aging, 6085 St. Rt. 19N, Belmont, NY 14813 for the benefit of the Town of Independence group where she attended and enjoyed gathering and visiting with her friends or to the Independence Emergency Squad, P.O. Box 309, Whitesville, NY 14897.
