He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. Scott and Vivian J. Smith Scott; his siblings, Robert "Stub" Scott, Betty Ferrin and Sophia Barton; his siblings-in-law, Marjorie Erdmann (Bledsoe) and Eugene Little; and his pet Hutch.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie L. Bledsoe; his son Todd N. Scott (Sue) of Wellsville; his stepsons, Michael Graves (Lisa) of Weatherford, TX and Jonathan Thomas (Amy) of Bolivar, NY; his grandchildren, Jacob Scott (Estefanie), Hannah Scott (Matt Graves), Jericka Graves (Colton Cicutto), Sierra Graves (Joshua Dickerman), Kori Thomas and Jayna Thomas; his great grandchildren, Nolan Michael Graves and Phyllis Minerva Scott; his siblings, Polly Abbott of Belfast, LeRoy Scott (Mary) of Wellsville, Bertha "Birdie" Perham of Hunt and Kathleen Little of Belfast; and his close friend Quinn.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Wellsville Post 702 AL Honor Guard or Allegany County SPCA.
